1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

• "We," "Us," "Our," or "ipo189" — refers to the operator of the Platform and all affiliated entities responsible for its operation.
• "You," "User," or "Player" — refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" — refers to the unique, password-protected user profile created upon successful registration on ipo189.
• "Balance" — refers to the total of real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless specifically stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits awarded by ipo189 subject to wagering requirements and applicable bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Turnover" — refers to the total value of bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process required by ipo189 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment ownership.
• "IDR" or "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole accepted currency on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.2 By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

2.3 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and references to "you" shall apply to that person equally.

3 Eligibility

3.1 To register and maintain an account on ipo189, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in a representative capacity for undisclosed principals).
• You are at least 21 years of age. Indonesia's applicable social norms and operator policy both set the minimum gambling age at 21. We strictly enforce this requirement through KYC verification.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. While ipo189 is primarily designed to serve players in Indonesia, you bear sole responsibility for confirming the legality of online gambling in your specific location.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order on ipo189 or any affiliated platform, whether self-imposed or operator-imposed.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee, officer, director, or contractor of ipo189 or its affilia ted entities.
• You have not previously had an account on ipo189 closed or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

3.2 ipo189 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

4 Account Registration

4.1 To access the full range of services on ipo189, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

4.2 One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on ipo189. Opening, attempting to open, or maintaining more than one account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances held within them will be forfeited without compensation.

4.3 Accurate Information: You must ensure that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point remains accurate and up to date. If any of your details change, you must update your account profile promptly. ipo189 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain current account information.

4.4 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be attributed to you, and you will bear full responsibility for the consequences of any such activity, whether authorized by you or not.

4.5 If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify ipo189 immediately by contacting our support team. We will investigate the matter and take reasonable steps to secure your account, but we cannot guarantee the recovery of any funds lost prior to notification.

4.6 ipo189 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1 In compliance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations, ipo189 requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before any withdrawal request is approved.

5.2 KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM).
• Proof of Age: The document provided for proof of identity must clearly show your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months, showing your full name and residential address.

5.3 ipo189 may request additional documentation at any time if our compliance team deems it necessary to fulfil its obligations. This may include source-of-funds declarations for large transactions.

5.4 All documents submitted for KYC purposes will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or applicable regulatory obligations.

5.5 Processing of KYC documents typically takes between 1 and 3 business days (WIB). Withdrawals will remain pending until verification is complete.

6 Deposits

6.1 ipo189 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). Deposits made via unsupported currencies or payment methods may be declined or subject to conversion at rates determined by the Platform.

6.2 The following deposit methods are currently accepted:

• Indonesian Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

6.3 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating account where technically feasible.

6.4 Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account is held in a name other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate review. Any funds identified as third-party deposits may be confiscated pending investigation.

6.5 ipo189 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ipo189 accepts no liability.

6.6 Deposit processing times vary by method but are typically instant for bank transfers and e-wallets during normal operating hours (WIB). During periods of high transaction volume or scheduled bank maintenance, delays may occur.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the verified account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

7.2 The maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.000 per single transaction. Players wishing to withdraw amounts in excess of this limit may submit multiple requests, subject to daily and weekly withdrawal caps as communicated in the account dashboard.

7.3 Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes during standard banking hours (WIB, Monday to Friday, 08:00–20:00). Requests submitted outside these hours, on weekends, or on Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and other national holidays) will be processed on the next available banking business day.

7.4 All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review. ipo189 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal while this review is in progress. In most cases, reviews are completed within 24 hours.

7.5 Players must have completed KYC verification before their first withdrawal will be approved. Submitting a withdrawal request before KYC is complete will place the request in a pending queue until verification is finalized.

7.6 ipo189 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the player.

7.7 Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements stated in Clause 8 below. Such winnings are not eligible for withdrawal until the full turnover condition has been satisfied.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 ipo189 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and Conditions as well as the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.

8.3 Bonus Eligibility: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available only to players who have not previously held an account on ipo189. Repeat registrations intended to exploit welcome offers constitute fraud and will result in permanent account closure.

8.4 Game Contributions: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports bets, and table games contribute at reduced rates as specified per promotion. Games such as togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and sabung ayam (online cockfighting) may be excluded from bonus play entirely — refer to each promotion's specific terms.

8.5 ipo189 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled before the wagering requirement is met, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account, but real-money funds will remain unaffected.

8.6 Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Unclaimed bonuses will expire automatically.

8.7 ipo189 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has abused the bonus system, engaged in arbitrage betting, or otherwise sought to exploit promotional offers in bad faith.

9 Gameplay & Betting Rules

9.1 All games available on ipo189 — including casino titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — are governed by the individual rules of each game as presented within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with those rules before playing.

9.2 Sports betting markets, including those covering BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, the Bundesliga, the Champions League, the FIFA World Cup, and the Piala AFF (AFF Cup), are subject to the specific betting rules published on the relevant market page.

9.3 Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: abandonment of a sporting event, obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, or data-feed failures. Void bets will be refunded at the original stake amount.

10 Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following actions are strictly prohibited on ipo189 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI assistants, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, the Platform's representatives, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner with other accounts to exploit promotional terms (bonus abuse).
• Engaging in arbitrage or matched betting strategies intended to produce guaranteed profits at the expense of ipo189.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to use your account.

11 Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the ipo189 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of ipo189 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
• Use any data-mining, robots, or similar data-gathering and extraction tools on the Platform.

11.3 All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the owner.

12 Privacy & Data

12.1 ipo189 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

12.2 We collect personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gameplay activity for the purposes of account administration, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and service improvement.

12.3 ipo189 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors as required by applicable law or our operational obligations.

13 Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ipo189 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

13.2 ipo189 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13.3 ipo189's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 ipo189 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at the player's own request.

14.2 Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14.3 Operator-Initiated Closure: Where ipo189 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in full depending on the nature of the breach. ipo189 will communicate the reason for closure where legally permissible to do so.

14.4 Upon account closure for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked and you must cease all access to the Platform.

16.4 You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year of the date the claim arose, failing which it shall be permanently barred.

17 Amendments

17.1 ipo189 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

17.2 Where amendments are material, ipo189 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via email or in-platform notification. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
